How to Prepare for Your Cataleya Wellness Massage:
-
Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the intake form
-
Refrain from eating a heavy meal at least two hours before your massage. Receiving a massage in a face-down
position on a full stomach wouldn’t be very comfortable. -
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water before and after your session.
-
Share your goals for the session with your therapist (i.e. relieve pain, release tension, just relax, etc.).
-
Notify your therapist of any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, or any surgeries that you have had in the past.
-
If you are expecting, please let your therapist know that you are pregnant and how far along in your pregnancy you are
so that your therapist can prepare for a prenatal session with an appropriate set up. If you are scheduling a session for a
loved one who is pregnant, please book a prenatal massage.
